This notice describes the early-access website and core local app behavior. Optional services and any later paid product terms are separate.
Your recordings
This website has no footage-upload form. Core app processing uses your Mac after model setup. Optional online features can send relevant inputs to chosen providers; Local Only disables optional online features. Local processing alone does not certify professional or regulatory compliance.
Website connections
Cloudflare hosts/delivers the website and may process IP address, user agent and request metadata for delivery and security under its own services. We do not claim these infrastructure connections collect no data.
Signup and verification
When you load and submit the signup, Kit handles your email, optional first name, selected category, interests, campaign labels and opt-in record. Email confirmation is required. No card is collected. An interest request does not allocate a licence.
Consent and retention
Marketing updates are optional and require an unchecked opt-in choice. Unsubscribe through every marketing email. We keep active signup details while providing the requested invitations/updates; request deletion at privacy@finish.studio. Unsubscribed suppression records may remain to honor your choice. This is not a promise that providers delete every operational backup immediately.
Attribution and analytics
Only allowlisted campaign labels are preserved; do not put personal information in campaign URLs. Optional website funnel analytics requires your analytics choice. No advertising pixels or silent app telemetry are added. Refusing analytics does not prevent signup.
Your requests
Ask for access, correction, deletion or consent withdrawal using privacy@finish.studio. We may need to verify the request proportionately. Provider processing can occur outside your country; review Kit and Cloudflare privacy terms. The service is aimed at adult professionals; do not submit children’s details.
Providers and future changes
Kit: https://kit.com/privacy. Cloudflare: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. These providers process connection and service data under their terms. A future paid release will publish its final licence, merchant and refund details before payment.
